lets put more pictures again gna gna...been working on the table lately and i think im gettin there..it sounds good so far..ill make shelves and doors for the cabinet and i considered adding a wood guide on top so i can clamp things to it and maybe a vise emm...i worked on the chair too-rough sanding is done ill do 220 today!!ill assemble and glue it probably tomorrow and paint it!!!

2010-11-05 updates

alrighty heres some news bout myself and all the stuff i intend to do..some has been done but theres still so much to do..i recently had to build a ferret cage for my girlfriends babies and i think it was the fastest job ever..everything was done in 2 daYS!!gulp!theyre gonna be happy in their new home as further upgrades will come...talking about upgrades ive finally started making that table for my saw and router so i can work on bigger pieces and (in case you didnt know ) (or in case somebody would ever read that page by acident) we will be making new walls in the shop in a few weeks cuz yes actually the shop is in my olds basement emm emmm..anyway i think it rules cuz finally i can work without freezing my b*lls!!!!a better insulation brings a better everything.....well that being said,im still planning on finishing that humbucker mod as soon as i have time and plug that damn guitar on heavy distortion and hear the difference...ill have a couple chairs to re-glue before christmas and more painting always always.....ill post pictures of the router table soon i think its gonna rock!!ill also fix a few things on the drill press and build a sanding station..just have a problem with the shaft and speeds....new pulleys are necessary but that will wait a bit....ill update more later as i have to go!!!

news spring 2010

once again we survived winter and it is now time to write down all the great improvements that has taken place concerning the shop!first major thing is that after a year in montreal im moving back in trois-rivieres(yes) which will allow me to finally spread my work(cause space had become a serious issue)and reach another level and hopefully quality!!i consider splitting the shop in half on two different locations!one for smaller jobs and the other for dirtiest projects!!plans for summer include the building of a paint booth of reasonable size at least wide enough to paint things that has absolutely nothing to do with guitars as furniture like tables chairs and cabinets!i might start the setup very soon as ill do it outside and its getting warmer here everyday!!more about this later!!i also focus on buying a couple tools that are required in a shop and are critical!this is a first step in reaching professional work!im talkin bout the purchase of a press drill , band saw and dust cleaner!!these are big investments that will make things more interesting!!more later.....
